Accountant

We are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our long-established manufacturing company who are going through positive growth with further expansion plans in the pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the CFO and play a key role in supporting the business’s growth and sustainability strategy.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department
• Oversee completion of monthly management accounts
• Assist senior management with budgets, forecasts, and business planning
• Support external statutory audits
• Liaise with third-party service providers (ICT, Payroll, Pension, etc.)
• Review and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Handle external financial filings and reporting (e.g., CSO, Revenue)

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified or at final stages of completing Qualification
• Strong IT skills, including reporting and database interrogation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deadline Driven with a commercial mindset
