Receptionist/Admin - Mahon New

CPL are currently seeking a Part time Receptionist for an initial 3 month cover contract with their client based in Mahon, Cork.
  • 3 months initially
  • 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • 2.5 days a week
  • Fully onsite
  • Immediate Requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate message taking.
  • Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area. and meeting rooms.
  • Opening and closing of the building
  • Offer admin support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar admin/reception role
  • Heavily dependable and responsible
  • Highly proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel
  • Systems savy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
