With our EMI license application in progress and our launch set for early 2026, we’re building a bright, ambitious team to shape Solance from the ground up. A team that’s ready to rethink the rules, simplify the complex and bring energy, clarity and care to every client interaction.

Requirements
What You Bring- At least 5 years of experience in digital or graphic design. Ideally, at a fast-moving startup
- A strong portfolio that shows your range: brand identities, UI design, product visuals, voice of Customer analysis and user centered thinking, user research, journey road mapping
- You’re fluent in Figma and the Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- You have created and curated libraries of reusable components
- You know how to work with developers and hand off designs that just make sense. Ideally you have designed and helped deliver exceptional Mobile and Web products so you understand the limitations of mobile & Web UI frameworks and how to get around their limitations to deliver great user experience
- Responsive design knowledge is also important in creating a unified experience across mobile, web, email & chat channels
- You have familiarity with the setup and usage of UX analytics tools & A/B Testing and you have experimented and benefitted from using AI tools to help accelerate the design and delivery process
- You care deeply about the details, from type to spacing to polish
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B, fintech or a regulated industry
- Shape a premium B2B brand from the ground up and see your work come to life in digital and real-world spaces
- Work side-by-side with an energetic founding team and make a real impact across the company
- Build a product experience that’s clear, human, and beautifully designed and raise the bar while you’re at it.
This is an on-site role in our Dublin office. We believe the best ideas happen when people are in the same room by sketching, sharing, iterating fast, and staying close as a team.
