Learning & Development Coordinator
Dublin 2 (hybrid)

€35-40k, depending on experience

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of learning programmes, providing comprehensive administrative support and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end administration of learning programmes, workshops, and training events (virtual, in-person, and blended).
Manage course scheduling, trainer diaries, venue logistics, and learning materials.

Maintain accurate records on internal databases.

Support programme evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting

Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding professionally to enquiries regarding courses, bookings, and programme details.
Liaise with internal teams (finance, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth programme delivery.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role, within L&D or professional services.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone and email manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with LMS platforms is advantageous.
