This growing Interiors brand are expanding and opening a new store in South Dublin. The brand has become synonymous with quality and the demand is growing. We are looking for someone who has enjoyed at least seven years in a career retail role, ideally in the homes and interiors market, however if you have worked in a professional retail environment where it was important you were knowledgeable about your range and able to consult with customers and help them make the right decisions we would still like to hear from you.You will have built up a track record within your career of loyalty not moving jobs every year.
Within this role you will consult with customers coming direct and from trade, you will deliver exceptional service, and improve on processes to impact positively on the customer. You will embody the brand guidelines and work with a professionalism customers have come to expect.Updating the customer information in the database, and updating orders. Liaising with installers and following up with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
Ideally you will be passionate about building/homes/interiors, but a passion for retail and delivering superb customer experience is essential.
