Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care in line with support plans.
- Support service users with daily tasks
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in social care
- Registration or in the process of CORU
- You MUST be eligible to work in Ireland, as sponsorship is not offered
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
