Member Services Advisor - Insurance Support (Permanent Role)

Hours: 38.75/ week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from current and prospective members, providing high-quality support and upholding the brand's commitment to excellent service.
• Accurately enrol members and update records in the system.
• Respond to member queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure all payment details and transactions are correct and properly logged.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date communication records on the database.
• Participate in quality assurance programmes.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and member experience.

Requirements / Considerations:

• Fast-paced team environment requiring strong communication and attention to detail.
• Full-time permanent role; hybrid model (equipment provided).
• Shifts vary (example: 8:00-4:30 or 9:00-5:30).
