Grade IV Medical Secretary

Are you a seasoned Grade IV Medical Secretary passionate about contributing to private healthcare in Dublin city centre? We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team in a busy hospital for a four week rolling contract role that will start as soon as possible

This role works on a 35hr week over four set days

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 years' experience as a Medical Secretary within a busy hospital setting
• Extremely strong typing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing patient appointments, medical records, and various administrative tasks efficiently.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Full working authorisation in Ireland

• Provide strong secretarial support
• Provide strong typing skills, dictation and copying skills
• Maintain high record keeping and patient confidentiality
• Clerical duties include file management and follow up
• Manage patient referrals
• Manage all aspects of scheduling including inter-team cooperation and rescheduling management
• Use and manage internal systems and integration of any new systems
