Technical Sales Engineer

Hours: 39 hours per week

Knock Electrical Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and provide technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out on-site customer assessments and provide expert advice on appliance repairs and replacements.
Prepare technical quotations for sales of appliances, spare parts and service contracts.
Manage the full sales process: customer visits, consultations, negotiations and closing deals.
Build strong relationships with residential, landlord and commercial clients.Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience in technical sales or sales combined with field service.
Good knowledge of domestic appliances and electrical systems.Proven sales track record.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Networks, Electronics or related).
Experience in the appliance or electrical home services sector.Knowledge of major appliance brands.
