Manager - Financial Reporting

Our client, an expanding professional services firm with an international client base, is seeking a recently or fully qualified accountant to join their Financial Reporting team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements for investment funds and financial services entities.
• Managing end-to-end financial reporting processes, liaising with auditors, administrators, and investment managers.
• Supporting senior management on technical accounting, regulatory, and advisory projects.
• Researching accounting issues and providing insights in line with current standards.
• Reviewing and coaching junior team members to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Building strong client relationships and helping to plan future workloads.
• Using MS Office (Word/Excel) to produce and review technical financial reports.

Requirements:

• Recently or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial reporting and/or audit, ideally within investment funds.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality financial statements under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to mentor others.
