Business Development- Identify and target potential clients and markets for business expansion.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with account teams and cross-functional solution architects to develop value-focused, industry-specific propositions.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) activities, including thought leadership, client roadshows, and conference presentations, highlighting Accenture’s unique capabilities in Life Sciences.
- Lead the development of strategic transformation roadmaps and operating models that integrate technology with business process improvement.
- Lead proposal responses, value case development, and contract shaping for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders (VPs, Heads of process development/CMC/Manufacturing/Quality) to influence digital strategy and co-create transformation initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure new deals and contracts.
- Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.
