Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 doe

A leading facilities management provider is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians (Plumbing) to join their expanding team, predominantly for commercial buildings. Rates;

Plumber €27 per hour (plus €10 daily subsidy)

HVAC €27.50 per hour (plus €10 daily subsidy)

RGI Plumber €28.50 per hour (plus €10 daily subsidy)

Boiler Technician €30.00 per hour (plus €10 daily subsidy)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on customer plant and equipment to maximise efficiency and reliability.
  • Diagnose and complete real-time repairs on plant and equipment within optimal timeframes.
  • Report all faults, damages, and mechanical issues to the technical department.
  • Ensure unsafe plant is immediately taken out of service and relevant teams informed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PPM tasks, checks, and maintenance activities.
  • Document all works completed and materials used.
  • Carry out all necessary pre-start, hygiene, and safety inspections.
  • Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policies at all times.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Fully qualified plumber (additional HVAC or RGI experience advantageous).
  • Minimum of 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience in a plumbing or maintenance role in Ireland
  • Candidates with a strong track record in Irish-based plumbing or FM maintenance roles will be prioritised.
  • Fluent English and authorised to work in Ireland with no restrictions or expiry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Safe Pass certification.
  • Manual Handling certification.
  • Full Irish Driving licence
