You’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling the commercial function, leading the sales strategy, and driving high performance across the entire sales funnel. We’re looking for a strategic, results-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead and influence.

For You:
Salary: €38,000 - €42,000 + Commission
Responsibilities:
Generate Sales through both Inbound and Outbound efforts, with a strong focus on outbound to accelerate the expansion of the Mullingar office.Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email and other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline.
Ability to connect with potential customers in a face-to-face setting, and use your initiative to build on these opportunities and increase sales.
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they’re being met.
Manage the whole Sales process from Inbound / Outbound Sale, through Order processing, truck routing - strong involvement in Operational procedures.
Managing Debt cycle as part of Account Management - ensuring the books of business are all within their credit terms.
Play a key role in Depot management.
Requirements:
3+ years sales/business development experience.Excellent people skills.
Results-driven and performance-focused.
Flexibility, critical thinking skills, and can act fast.
Comfortable communicating and providing feedback with teams.
Growth mindset, determined, and passionate.
