Security Site Supervisor – StaticLocation: On-site, Blanchardstown
Salary: €17.91 per hour + €16.80 night allowance + €3.44 per hour Sunday allowance
Estimated Annual Earnings: €43,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 42 hours per week

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily security operations and allocate tasks effectively across the team.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, customers, and visitors.
Liaise with Gardaí and emergency services as necessary.
Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all record keeping complies with GDPR standards.
Complete all reports and incident documentation accurately and on time.
Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Ensure team compliance with all security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
Support and implement emergency response and compliance protocols.
Train, coach, and support team members in operational and emergency procedures.
Review performance, conduct appraisals, and hold corrective or coaching interviews when needed.
Maintain high standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and customer service across the team.
Promote teamwork, clear communication, and a positive working environment.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the Services Manager.
Key RequirementsQQI Level 4 in Basic Guarding Skills (or equivalent).
Valid PSA Static Security Licence.
Minimum 1 year of experience within the security industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Valid work permit/visa (if applicable).
Basic IT skills (email, reporting systems, and CCTV monitoring).
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
