Supply Chain Coordinator - Dublin

Morgan McKinley are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join an innovative and fast-growing start-up in the FMCG sector, based in Dublin.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain within the FMCG industry. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the supply chain. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Track and monitor the status of orders, addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
• Communicate order status and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained across the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and contribute to supplier selection processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including purchase orders, inventory levels, and shipping documentation.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years supply chain experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
