• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, discuss progress, and address any challenges.

• Mentor and support project team members, enhancing their skills and fostering professional development.
• Compile and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Superb communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
