The Company
A leading Tier 1 Contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects across Ireland is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects with one of the country's most respected contractors.

The Role
As a Senior EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple live projects. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures on-site
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practice
- Report on EHS performance and drive corrective action where required
- Engage with project teams to promote a positive safety culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an EHS Advisor, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor
- Proven experience on large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Relevant third-level EHS qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / or equivalent)
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage safety on high-profile, complex projects
