Here at Osborne, we are hiring for a Receptionist for temporary cover for a Healthcare company based in Galway City.They pride themselves on delivering exceptional care and services to their patients.

**Please note: In order to be considered for this role, you must be available for immediate start on an on-going basis**
Length of Assignment: Monday 20th April- On-going. Please note that the duration of this assignment is yet to be determined and it may range from 4 weeks or longer, however this is subject to change at any time.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls, taking and relaying messages accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about their services.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in reception is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Friendly and professional attitude.
