As a Sales Associate at Lone Design Club’s No.55 Kildare Village location, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-brand retail environment showcasing a curated edit of high-end brands and designers.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, elevated customer service standards, and a passion for brand storytelling. Due to the rotating nature of our brand residencies and frequent brand changeovers, this position also demands a high level of operational excellence, adaptability, and attention to detail.
You will act as a brand ambassador not only for Lone Design Club, but for each designer we host — delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the quality and individuality of the brands we represent.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales- Deliver a personalised, high-level customer experience in line with luxury retail standards.
- Confidently communicate product knowledge and brand stories to drive sales.
- Proactively meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally and in line with company policy.
- Stay informed on current brand rotations, new arrivals, and key product focuses.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Assist with brand changeovers, including merchandising updates, stock re-organisation, and layout adjustments.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Support stock control, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory counts.
- Assist with marketing content creation and in-store activations when required.
- Open and close cash registers, ensuring correct starting and ending cash balances.
- Prepare and verify bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security when handling cash and financial documents.
- Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies, reporting issues to store management.
- Secure cash drawers, safe contents, and other monetary assets according to company procedures.
- Work closely with store management and colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Follow direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values at all times.
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience- Previous retail or premium customer service experience preferred.
- Strong sales ability and confidence in closing.
- Passion for fashion and independent brands.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
