We are seeking a qualified and reliable General Renovation Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in construction and renovations, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting skilled trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling) with various renovation tasks.
Preparing work areas, including surface protection, controlled light demolition, and site clean-up.Handling, loading, and unloading building materials and tools safely.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work site at all times.
Carrying out repair tasks and quality finishes as instructed.
Requirements: Proven previous experience in a similar role within the construction or renovations sector minimum 5 years.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
A strong focus on detail and a commitment to C&Y Renovations' high-quality standards.
