Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant
Our client based in South Dublin is seeking a detail orientated Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their established team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role supporting their clients and ensuring financial accuracy.
For You:
Part-time permanent role.20 hours per week.
- 42k pro rata DOE.
20 days annual leave pro rata.
Based in South Dublin close to train and bus routes.Paid parking & more.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.Maintaining audit exempt files.
Conducting payroll, uploading PAYE reports to revenue, and process payments to ROS.
Data processing of sales and purchase invoices.
Filling and processing VAT returns and VAT reconciliations.
Allocating and processing bank receipts and payments.
General administration and accounts support as required.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in bookkeeping or as an accounts assistant.Exposure and understanding of processing payroll.
Accounting technician qualification or similar.
Proven ability to conduct bank reconciliations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player and hands on.
