Mechanical Fitter – Bioceuticals Division

Hours: DAYS ROLE Monday–Friday

The Role:

As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll join a team of five and support the smooth running of all production lines. Key duties include:

• Assisting with daily production line setups
• Monitoring electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and compressor equipment
• Setting up liquid tanks, pumps, and semi-automatic filling machines
• Maintaining sachet, powder, bottle-filling and capping equipment
• Ensuring conveyors, labelling machines, and induction sealers operate effectively
• Managing Lynx inkjet printers and liaising with suppliers
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Overseeing contractors on site
• Ordering spare parts with the purchasing team
• Supporting the Preventative Maintenance Programme
