intelligence and regulatory compliance. This role demands a strategic, analytical mindset paired with
expertise in health insurance operations and digital platform oversight, ensuring POMAS consistently
adapts to evolving international regulations.
This position requires specialized skills and knowledge in global health insurance analysis withparticular emphasis to the Irish market insurance evolution, regulatory compliance, and digital
platform management. The expertise demanded includes advanced claims evaluation, arrears
governance, and digital UX strategy, competencies critical to POMAS’s operational effectiveness and
strategic growth.
Core Responsibilities
Global Health Insurance Intelligence & Strategic Benchmarking
Conduct in-depth monitoring and analysis of global health insurance markets, with a focus on Europe – Ireland specific – with knowledge in global markets such as North America. Identify
emerging regulatory trends, legislative shifts, and product innovation to support strategic planning
and regulatory compliance. Lead competitor benchmarking initiatives and synthesize findings into
actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
Advanced Claims Analysis & Benefit Structuring
Evaluate and adjudicate health insurance claims using the I Health platform, ensuring alignment with
internal policy frameworks and international insurance standards. Verify claim authenticity through
comprehensive document validation and manage benefit allocations with accuracy and compliance
integrity.
What We Offer- On-site position in Dublin office supporting routine insurance and compliance tasks. – No
- Tasks include claims assessment and adjusting, claim analysis, arrears tracking, and market
- Direct involvement in process improvements and digital platform monitoring.
- Experience with international insurance standards and formal communication expected.
- Access to internal resources and mandatory systems training.
- Standard office hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Remuneration Package: €36,000 annual, Inclusive of access to employer contributory
to funding of further enhanced training/mentoring.
