Finance Manager - Cork

My Client, a non for profit organisation based in Cork City, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Day to Day Management of the Finance Operations
• Annual Budget Preparation for approval of the board
• Prepare quarterly management accounts and variance analysis
• Prepare annual audit file with supporting information
• Monthly budget variance report and prepare a report to on the variances
• Management of the organisation’s bank accounts, including regular bank reconciliations
• Review and revise financial controls as required
• Review work from Junior staff

Requirements:

• Professional Accounting Qualification
• 3 Years experience in a Similar Environment
• Strong experience Maintaining Financial Controls
• Good understanding of the financial requirements of State funders
• Experience with SURF/Bright Books or similar accounting package would be advantageous
• The ability to meet strict deadline’s in a timely and effective manner
