Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary: €38,000.00

Hours Per Week: 40h

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee branding, signage, and all marketing materials (print and digital).
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and manage SEO/SEM campaigns (Google Ads).
  • Lead marketing initiatives for Spanish and English-speaking markets.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral and events related to property development.
  • Manage customer after-sales support and loyalty campaigns.
  • Liaise with design and legal teams to support sales progress and closings.

Qualifications:
  • A third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital and print marketing.
  • Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience in international campaign development (LATAM/US/EU preferred).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, MS Office).
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
