Business Development Executive – Furniture & Interiors

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and build strong relationships in the Irish corporate market. This is a key role focused on expanding our footprint in the commercial office furniture space.

Location: Dublin 11 | Salary: €45,000 base | Full-time, Permanent

Your Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the commercial furniture market.
Develop strategic plans to secure long-term contracts and partnerships.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Grow existing accounts by introducing new products, services, or solutions.
Act as the lead contact for major client projects, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
Manage projects end-to-end, from initial engagement through delivery.
Collaborate with the wider sales team on proposals and closing deals.
Support the Category Manager with tender submissions and sourcing key products.

Craft compelling client proposals, including visual presentations and product information.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role, ideally within the furniture or interiors industry.
A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
Deep knowledge of the commercial furniture market in Ireland.
Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
Experience managing full project lifecycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

A strategic, proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
