We are currently seeking either an Assistant Manager to join our Tax Advisory team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality tax advice on a wide range of topics, including corporate tax compliance, international tax issues, and tax restructuring, among others.

Your role will involve managing client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse clientele while ensuring the accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance to enhance their professional development and technical capabilities.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions while minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and assist in producing proposals and pitch materials for potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough research on tax legislation and prepare detailed documentation to support tax positions.
  • Collaborate with client accounting teams and other advisory services within the firm to offer comprehensive solutions.

Requirements
  • For Assistant Manager: 2-4 years of experience in tax advisory, preferably within a consultancy or accounting firm.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) are preferred.
  • Solid understanding tax legislation and its implications for corporate clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and relay complex tax information to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
