Trainee Manager – Supermac’s Barronstrand St, Waterford

Supermac’s is looking for an experienced supervisor with several years of leadership experience who is ready to take the next step into a managerial role. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a well-established and recognized brand in the fast-food industry.

As a Trainee Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its targets.
• Lead and support team members daily, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Be hands-on, leading by example and committed to developing your team.
• Train the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations.
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
• Assist the Store Manager with employee relations as needed.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in the food industry.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and planning skills.
• Passionate about customer service and maintaining a professional image.
• Energetic, motivating, and fully customer-focused.
• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) required.
• Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.
