Process Engineer
Production & Process Improvement Engineer
Opportunity for an experienced engineer to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise plant performance: yields, line speeds, material use, and changeovers.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality.
- Support process modifications and capital projects, from specification to commissioning.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and risk assessments.
- Promote Lean/CI tools (5S, SMED, SPC, FMECA, etc.) and deliver cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage training, KPIs, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support R&D tasks and trials in collaboration with international teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Process, Mechanical, or related Engineering (5+ years’ manufacturing experience).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Quality Systems.
- Experience with automated/mechatronic production lines.
- Skilled in project management, problem-solving, and risk assessment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Master an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office & presentations.
