PE Global Healthcare in partnership with our client, a team of experienced professionals with a shared passion for high-quality elder care are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to support their Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations for our client in Co.Wicklow. This is a key leadership role focused on quality improvement, staff development, and ensuring safe, person-centred care for all residents.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional care delivery
- Manage individual care planning, assessments, and resident reviews
- Oversee medication administration, wound care, and clinical governance
- Lead infection control and quality improvement initiatives
- Support staff mentorship, development, and compliance training
- Liaise with GPs, families, specialists, and external agencies
- Maintain regulatory standards in line with HIQA requirements
- NMBI-registered General Nurse (active PIN required)
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar setting
- Proven leadership experience in a CNM or senior nursing role
- Deep knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical best practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
