Carer/Personal Assistant

1. 2 years experience minimum as a carer/PA(manual handling and personal care essential).

Carer's/PA's required to help facilitate a young lady with a disability to keep maintaining her independent lifestyle

12 hour shifts available. The Client is based in Stepaside

Communicate effectively with employer who makes all her own decisions.

Personal care, manual handling, medication management, shopping/household duties .

Assist in executing all lifestyle activities – attending college, swimming, social events, appointments etc

• create opportunities to facilitate an inclusive life(i.e in university, socially, professionally)
• create valued roles/jobs in society

Assist in Event Planning and execution (i.e., annual street fest, Christmas markets etc)

Assist in social planning, correspondence & relationship building with family and friends.

Travel occasionally at home and abroad.

Work well within a team.

Assist with daily physio and postural management.

Driver and own car essential
