Responsibilities:
Order Processing, Logistics & Inventory Control:

Manage and support the end-to-end order processing from customer purchase order (PO) to delivery, such as customer’s inquiries, lead time, quantity, packaging, delivery arrangement etc. and support sales administrative operations, ensuring a high order fill rate and customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates across warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and in-transit stock, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with 3PL providers and suppliers to optimise stock levels, update replenishment schedules, and align with company policies.
Considering with the latest manufacturing and shipment lead time, enable replenishment of the inventory to maintain the high order fill rate and the high cost-effectiveness on those replenishment shipments.
Weekly review and update of stock levels and ROP to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
Data management:
Maintain data accuracy and update ERP, WMS, or other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across supply chain operations.
Assist in preparing operations-related reports and KPI review
Maintain demand and supply planning data file

Assist S&OP process to provide data consolidation

Other Responsibilities:
Handle customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and resolution while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee quotation processes in alignment with sales requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely responses.
Prepare operational reports related to supply chain performance, planning, and management, including S&OP, Accounts Receivable (AR), and other key business metrics.

Support the Supply Chain Team with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain and distribution operations, with experience in fast-paced environments being a plus.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, logistics operations and warehouse management.
Proficiency in managing ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and familiarity with WMS systems is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong numerical sense.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and independent, with a willingness to learn and focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
