For Associate Financial Advisor:

• At least 2 years’ experience in financial services
• Some exposure to providing financial advice to individuals or SMEs
• QFA qualification (or working towards it)
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve financial wellbeing
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

For Senior Financial Advisor:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services
• At least 2 years advising clients directly on financial matters
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• QFA qualified
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business development
