Project Manager

AProject Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our manager based Civil Engineering Consultancy company. If you have proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale projects within consultancy environments then this is the position for you !!!.
Role of this position- Lead, manage, and mentor the structural design team, ensuring high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Perform detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver within deadlines.
- Represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern design tools and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and professional development support to engineers and designers.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in structural engineering design.
- Proficiency using engineering design and drafting software, with the ability to produce detailed, high-standard technical designs and drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar structural analysis software.
- Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale projects within consultancy environments.
