Enterprise Account Executive, Growth and Acquisition| HYBRID

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive significant growth by expanding our business with existing high-potential customers and acquiring new enterprise clients. You will manage complex, strategic sales cycles, positioning company as a critical partner in developing tech talent.

What You'll Do:
- Hunt and drive new business growth within a defined territory (white space & existing accounts).
- Develop and execute tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue.
- Master and apply company sales framework to deliver customer outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (BDRs, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineers).
- Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.
- Engage with customers in-person to strengthen partnerships and advance sales.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of proven enterprise sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions, preferably to C-suite and senior tech/talent leaders.
- Track record of overachieving $1M+ revenue targets and closing $200k+ deals in complex sales cycles.
- Strong "hunter" mentality with demonstrated success in new logo acquisition, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Expertise in value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience required; EdTech experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level engagement.

Work Model & Travel:
