Childcare Service Manager – Little Hands Childcare, Churchfield
Northside Community Enterprises (NCE) is recruiting a dynamic Childcare Service Manager to work closely with the CEO, Head of Childcare Services and Financial Controller on the set-up and launch of our Little Hands Childcare and Early Learning Centre in Churchfield, which will open on a phased basis in 2026.
Duties: Lead all pre-opening preparations and compliance requirements
Recruit, mentor, and manage early years staffOversee enrolment, parent engagement, and community outreach
Ensure high-quality, safe, compliant daily operations
Uphold Aistear, Síolta, and best-practice standards
Work closely with NCE leadership on planning, budgets and reporting
Requirements: Minimum QQI Level 7 in Early Childhood Care and Education
3+ years in a supervisory/management early years roleStrong knowledge of Tusla regulations and quality frameworks
Leadership, organisation, and communication excellence
