Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin
Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 (DOE)Hours: 12-hour shifts | 35 hours per week
Locations: Services across Dublin
Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent

This role offers: Access to multiple service locations across Dublin

Ongoing training and support
You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them live with independence, dignity and routine.
What You’ll DoSupport daily living, personal care and routines
Encourage independence and participation
Assist with community engagement and activities
Follow care plans and behavioural supports
Work within a structured, supportive team
What You’ll NeedQQI Level 5 (or equivalent)
Experience in disability or care settings
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Manual Handling & First Aid (in date or willing to update)
