This is an excellent opportunity for a warm, organised and service‑focused Administrative Assistant to become a central part of a Dublin-based office. The role is highly varied, supporting teams across the business while delivering a polished front‑of‑house experience for clients.

About the Role

You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support, ensure the smooth running of office operations, and act as the first point of contact for anyone arriving on site. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, well‑organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to teams across the business
Maintain thorough and accurate records
Coordinate with departments to ensure facilities procedures are followed
Research and recommend suppliers, including maintenance and travel providers
Manage travel and accommodation bookings in line with company policy
Order and manage stationery, supplies, and refreshments
Support hot‑desking, meeting room organisation, equipment setup and meeting refreshments
Greet clients professionally and ensure security procedures are followed
Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries
Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area

Support additional tasks and projects as required

Skills and Experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Confident, professional telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a professional setting
Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently within a small team

Experience in a professional office environment

Qualifications

Secondary Education
Microsoft Suite accreditation (desirable but not essential)

Business administration qualification (desirable but not essential)
