Role Overview
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general banking support, ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to customers in Spanish (native level) via phone, chat, and email
- Assist with account inquiries, payments, and product information
- Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Follow compliance and security procedures
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (Spain or LATAM candidates welcome)
- English level B2 or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is essential
