Location: Dublin (commutable from Lucan, Palmerstown, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot, Tallaght, Citywest, Drimnagh, Dublin City Centre, North Wicklow, Naas, Kilcock, Celbridge & Maynooth)
Hours: Start between 5–8am, ~8hrs/day, 40–45hrs/week
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll supervise ~25 team members on the packing line, ensuring top-quality output, efficiency, and compliance. This is a hands-on role where leadership, meat knowledge, and a drive for continuous improvement are key.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the packing team to hit daily production targets
- Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality & HACCP standards are met
- Drive efficiency, quality, and labour KPIs
- Coach, train, and develop your team
- Identify improvements and resolve operational issues
- Maintain a positive, safe, and efficient work environment
- Supervisory experience on food production/packing lines
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Good level of English
- €20/hr + 1.5x overtime (over 39hrs)
