Chef de Partie - Dublin

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a prestigious luxury hotel in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the hotel’s standards
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and care
• Support junior staff with training and supervision
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices (HACCP)
• Contribute to menu development and innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Formal culinary training or relevant qualification
• Strong understanding of food presentation, quality, and consistency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
