As a Home Health Carer you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to our clients in their private residences. This is a vital role that requires empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients with personal care.
Providing support with mobility and transfers.Administering or prompting medication as per care plan and training.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
Qualification: A relevant QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or equivalent is highly desirable. Candidates without this qualification must be willing to undertake the necessary training.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a caring role (professional or voluntary) is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Annual Salary: €30,000 per annum (based on a 39-hour week).Contract: Permanent, full-time contract.
