Project Manager Consultant – CAPEX Projects (Limerick Site)

Lead and deliver large-scale biopharma CAPEX projects on-site in Limerick, managing all phases from planning to commissioning. Ensure project success through coordination, compliance, and continuous stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for CAPEX initiatives.
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Drive a proactive safety and quality culture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track milestones and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
• Manage project budgets with strict cost control and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, aligning efforts with project objectives.
• Enforce regulatory compliance and maintain company standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies; conduct regular risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects, ideally in the biopharma sector.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent budget management and financial reporting capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams.
