About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team based in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers and account managers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers and account managers with day-to-day queries and requests.
Process customer orders accurately using SAP and CRM systems.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Build sustainable customer relationships through open and effective communication.
Resolve product or service issues by investigating and clarifying customer complaints.
Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Manage and coordinate stock availability and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience using SAP.
Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems would be advantageous.
Previous B2B customer service or internal sales experience is desirable.
