Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Receptionist in Co. Sligo. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised individual to be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has strong attention to detail, and can multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information
  • Process payments and issue invoices or receipts as required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and welcoming

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems (training can be provided)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Well-groomed, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
