Our client, a busy accounting practice seeking a motivated individual to their team. This role will work closely with the accountants and Managing Director, providing day-to-day support across administration, reception, and basic accounts tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-house duties including reception, client communication, and diary management
  • General administration support to the team and Managing Director
  • Preparing and maintaining client records and files
  • Assisting with data entry and basic accounts processing (training provided)
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office across both Castleisland and Tralee locations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
  • Previous admin or receptionist experience desirable; interest in developing accounts experience a plus
