We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our vibrant Sales & Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint across multiple segments, including MICE, corporate, leisure, and group business.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and convert new business opportunities across key market segmentsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and tour operators
Represent the resort at trade fairs, sales missions, and networking events
Prepare bespoke proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive lead generation and campaign success
Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasts
Coordinate and host site visits and familiarisation trips for prospective clients
About You:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role within hospitality, tourism, or the MICE sectorStrong knowledge of the Irish and UK corporate and tourism markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially focused with a proactive, results-oriented approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A good understanding of marketing and revenue growth strategies
