HR Coordinator - 12 month FTC

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Cork to join a leading company as they embark on their growth journey.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support HR Operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Main point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Owning the Onboarding and offboarding process for all Irish based employees
  • Supporting HR Administration ensuring employee data is updated at all times
  • Updating policies and procedures as required
  • Drive continuous improvement with HR processes
  • Delivering well-being initiatives
  • Providing HR metrics and reports as required

Experience required:

  • Third level degree qualified with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Good understanding of Irish employment law.
