Field Sales Executive - National Broadband Ireland

This role supports our client bydelivering exceptional sales levels through best in class planning, sales execution and compliance. As a CPM Field Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland you will live the CPM DNA of We Care, We’re Curious, We Achieve Together and We’re People People and will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory selling directly to customers at their home
  • Achieve agreed sale targets & KPI’s
  • Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and sales
  • Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer territory and lead base
  • Structured journey planning to maximise efficiency and volume of decision makers in the territory
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Ensure expert knowledge of NBI’s products and propositions
  • Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer
  • Explain the products and process to customers so they complete their connection and become customers of NBI

Qualifications & Experience

The following are beneficial but not essential as full training is provided :

  • Experience working in door to door field sales
  • Understanding of NBI and the wider telecoms market
  • Experience working with leads and journey planning to match leads to territory
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

  • 100% accuracy of data capture and sales entry submission

  • On time reporting of activity, sales, leads and pipeline as required
