As a concrete pump operator you will be responsible for driving the pump to and from job sites in a safe and conscientious manner. Once onsite your main function as operator is to control the operation of the pump and the output of concrete by directing the boom.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing to learn and comprehend the operation of a concrete pump as well as some basic mechanics that may be involved in order to keep the pump in good working condition. An operator must also have good customer-relation skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure.

They should have good communication skills (English language essential) and enjoy working outdoors. This role requires a physically fit person that has good manual dexterity and the ability to lift and carry pipes and clamps.
